About Your Company
The hiring company is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Promotions Officer - Shopping Mall. The primary responsibility of this role is to plan and execute promotional activities and events within our shopping malls, with the aim of driving footfall, increasing sales, and enhancing customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong customer service mindset, and a creative approach to developing engaging promotional campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement innovative promotional and markeing strategies and campaigns to attract visitors, increase sales, and enhance the overall shopping mall experience.
Collaborate with tenants and external partners to create mutually beneficial promotional activities, such as product launches, seasonal campaigns, and special events.
Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and leasing, to ensure seamless execution of promotional activities and maximize cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
3 years’ experience in event planning, marketing and promotional campaigns, preferably in a shopping mall or retail environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, social media, and e-commerce trends.
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is preferred.
