Senior Mechanic Anaheim Yard

• Manage repairs, diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and fleet readiness.
• Prioritize repairs to maximize uptime and operational efficiency.
• Track maintenance records, repair history, costs, and reporting.
• Coordinate vendors and oversee outside repairs when necessary.
• Drive continuous improvement, safety, and cost control initiatives.

• Truck brands: International, Peterbilt, Freightliner; Isuzu a plus.
• Forklift brands: Linde, Toyota, and Hyster.
• Diesel, hydraulic, electrical, and diagnostic troubleshooting expertise.
• Preventative maintenance planning and fleet tracking systems.

• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic capabilities.
• Excellent communication, organization, and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage expenses and improve fleet performance.
• Self-starter committed to learning, implementing improvements, and leading change.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple departments.

• Reports directly to the Operations Manager.
• Leadership role with significant opportunity for advancement within Ganahl Lumber.
