Senior / Mechanical & Electrical Coordinator /M&E Coordinator/ Construction
- Lead and coordinate all Mechanical & Electrical(M&E) works on site to ensure compliance with project drawings,specifications, and construction schedules
- Work closely with consultants, subcontractors, and internalproject teams to resolve technical and coordination issues
- Review and manage shop drawings, method statements, andmaterial submissions from M&E subcontractors
- Ensure proper integration of M&E services witharchitectural and structural works through effective site coordination
- Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, ElectricalEngineering, or Building Services Engineering
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in buildingconstruction projects
- Strong experience in site coordination of M&E services
- Experience in private residential or building projects willbe an advantage
