What You’ll Do

• Lead mechanical design projects and represent the discipline in client meetings.

• Direct HVAC and plumbing system selection, design documentation, and quality control.

• Develop project work plans and coordinate designs with other disciplines.

• Guide engineers and designers, maintain design standards, and support construction through submittal reviews and responses to requests for information.

What You’ll Need

• 8+ years of focused mechanical and plumbing design experience.

• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Mechanical Engineering.

• Commercial project design and documentation experience.

• Proficiency in Revit, Microsoft Office, and Trane TRACE load calculation software.

• Strong client communication and presentation skills.
