Senior Mechanical Engineer

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative mechanical systems that meet the stringent requirements of the naval defence sector. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of mechanical systems for naval defence applications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Utilize Autodesk Inventor and Inventor 3D software to create detailed 3D models and technical drawings. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems into larger projects. - Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential design challenges and propose effective solutions. - Oversee the prototyping and testing phases of product development, ensuring that all designs meet performance and safety criteria. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and interns, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
