Senior Mechanical Engineer_SG

•Design and develop precision mechanical systems and modules for semiconductor
equipment, including die bonding, wire bonding, and die sorting machines
•Perform detailed mechanical design, material selection, and fabrication process planning.
•Develop and optimize machine structures, mechanisms, and assemblies using SolidWorks and other CAD tools
•Participate in test socket and probe design, and support test process development where required
•Lead technical problem-solving activities, including root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
•Manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation in alignment with project requirements
•Provide technical support to customers, including on-site or remote troubleshooting when necessary
•Working location: Singapore / Malaysia
