Senior Mechanical Project Manager

Senior Mechanical HVAC Project Manager position in San Diego, CA

Responsibilities:

• Manage schedule, budget, change-orders
• Review and ensure accuracy for estimates for upcoming projects
• Meet with suppliers and sub-contractors
• Attend BIM Coordination meetings with GC’s and Owners

Requirements:

• 10+ years of HVAC Project Management experience on large commercial projects 10 million or more
• Extensive Mechanical (HVAC/Mechanical) knowledge
• Large project experience
• Familiar with CA HVAC Building Codes
• Stable work-history
• Local in CA or can easily relocate
• Strong references
