Senior Mechanical Supervisor (ACMV / LTA Projects)

Employment Type: Full-Time, 1-Year Renewable Contract
Working Days: 5.5 days per week
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm; Saturday, 8.30am – 12.30pm
Work Arrangement: Full-time, site-based

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily installation activities for air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) systems at construction sites.

• Supervise mechanical works involving air ducts, piping, equipment and related services.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, site engineers and other trade teams to ensure smooth progress of site activities.

• Monitor work schedules, manpower deployment and installation quality.

• Attend site coordination meetings and follow up on outstanding work matters.

• Check that installation works are carried out according to approved drawings, project specifications and site requirements.

• Carry out routine site inspections and highlight any quality, safety or work progress issues.

• Assist the project team with progress updates, site reporting and coordination of mechanical works.

• Perform other project-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in ACMV installation and LTA construction projects.

• Hands-on experience supervising mechanical installation works at construction sites.

• Familiar with ACMV ducting, piping, equipment installation and related site activities.

• Able to read and understand mechanical drawings and coordinate installation works accordingly.

• Experience working with subcontractors, civil construction teams and other M&E trades.

• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently and manage daily site activities.

• Willing to work full-time on-site on a 5.5-day workweek.
