At AICS, you will:
1. Work with a world-class engineering and AI research team to build cutting-edge medical AI products.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution for AI-powered medical solutions.
2. Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
3. Collaborate with AI researchers and engineers to build and refine AI features.
4. Define and track key metrics to optimize product performance and impact.
5. Ensure AI models and software comply with healthcare regulations and privacy standards.
6. Engage with customers, clinicians, and stakeholders to drive adoption and improve usability.
7. Identify and assess new business opportunities using current and near-term AI capabilities.

需求條件

Qualifications:
1. 8+ years of experience as a product manager, with a strong track record in AI/ML-driven products.
2. Deep understanding of machine learning technologies, including deep learning and LLMs, and how they apply to product development.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex AI research into user-friendly applications.
4. Excellent communication skills, capable of leading in customer-facing scenarios and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
5. Strong leadership, detail-oriented mindset, and ability to manage uncertainties in a fast-paced environment.
6. Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, computer science, biomedical informatics, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in clinical workflows, medical informatics, or digital health solutions.
2. Hands-on experience working with modern AI/ML infrastructure and deployment in real-world applications.
3. Familiarity with medical regulations, compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA), and AI model validation in healthcare.
