Job Description
* Lead the design and development of seasonal menswear collections.
* Conduct trend, market and competitor research.
* Develop sketches, mood boards, colour palettes and CAD designs.
* Handle fabrics, trims, prints, fittings and garment detailing.
* Prepare tech packs and technical specifications.
* Coordinate with merchandising, sourcing, suppliers and production teams.
* Review samples and ensure fit, quality and design accuracy.
* Ensure collections are commercially relevant and aligned with brand positioning.
Requirements
* Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design or related field.
* 8–10 years of relevant menswear design experience.
* Strong portfolio of commercial menswear collections.
* Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and CAD.
* Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, fit and product development.
* UAE/GCC experience preferred.
