Summary
Senior MEP Engineer reviews contracts, manages site activities, and coordinates with clients and contractors for mechanical engineering projects in Singapore.
Job Description:
• Review contract documents
• Make MTO, BOQ
• Study drawings, specifications
• Interface with Client and Make a Progress Claim
• To support Team Leader (Manager)
• Manage site activities, site workers, subcontractors, main contractors
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 5 to 15 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. (Preferred LTA / Hospital experience)
• Required Skill(s): Accountability, Take ownership of task, Strong mindset, Communication skill
