Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for producing tender estimates, method statements and construction programs
Monitor contractors to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively while staying within budgetary limits
Supervise time, cost, and quality to achieve excellent results

Job Requirements:

At least 5 years experience (3 years for Projects Engineer) in project direction in a similar capacity of the hospitality, entertainment, gaming industries, and/ or other Construction Industries
Excellent communication skills in both English & Chinese
