We are looking for an independent and detail-oriented merchandiser to join us!
Here is what you need to know about this role:
Drive the sourcing, costing, and development of tech products.
Negotiate costs with vendors to maintain profitability within tight business margins.
Collaborate with vendors to organize product specifications for tech items.
Review costing, pre-production, and production samples while effectively addressing and implementing customer feedback.
Take ownership of coordinating packaging artwork, labels, and instruction manuals with customers, vendors, QA, and design teams.
Attend major industry events, including the HK and Canton fairs, to identify new sourcing opportunities.
Arrange and manage comprehensive customer visits, including handling accommodations, China visas, transportation, and meals.
Travel occasionally to the Shenzhen office to coordinate with regional teams.

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within a trading company or import-exporter is required
Proven track record managing tech products or electronic accessories.
Familiarity with electronic components (e.g., ICs, battery types) and product safety testing protocols is a strong advantage.
Meticulous attention to detail, particularly regarding packaging, formatting, and compliance checks.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
