Location: Hybrid (1–2 days/week) in Franklin, TN preferred (Open to remote for highly qualified candidates)
Rate: $95 – $140+/hr (Dependent on experience)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect for a 4-month contract to lead and personally execute critical M365 initiatives across a multi-location enterprise. This is a highly technical, execution-focused role for a seasoned professional who enjoys rolling up their sleeves to configure, migrate, and optimize enterprise cloud environments.
What You'll Do
- Architect & Execute: Serve as the technical lead and primary implementation resource for enterprise M365 environments.
- Configure & Administer: Personally manage tenant optimizations, migrations, security enhancements, and identity management initiatives.
- Secure the Tenant: Develop governance standards, conditional access strategies, and compliance controls.
- Document & Mentor: Create technical architecture diagrams and operational procedures while providing knowledge transfer to internal IT staff.
