Senior Microsoft Copilot & Agentic AI Engineer
Salary: ฿65,000 – ฿85,000 per month
About the role
We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Copilot & Agentic AI Engineer with a strong understanding of the Microsoft AI ecosystem and practical experience in designing, developing, integrating, testing, and deploying enterprise AI assistants and autonomous agents. The ideal candidate should understand how modern agents operate beyond simple prompt-and-response interactions, including agent skills, tool calling, orchestration, execution environments, contextual grounding, access control, evaluation, and production monitoring. The candidate must be comfortable working with Microsoft Copilot technologies, Azure AI services, enterprise data sources, and security-conscious agent architectures.
Key responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and customise Microsoft Copilot solutions for enterprise business requirements
Build conversational assistants, workflow automation, and task-oriented AI experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio
Integrate copilots with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, and other supported enterprise systems
Configure connectors, actions, APIs, knowledge sources, and enterprise data integrations
Implement context-aware conversations, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), grounding, and appropriate fallback mechanisms
Develop and integrate reusable agent skills, tools, actions, and task-specific capabilities
Integrate agents with APIs, enterprise services, databases, knowledge repositories, and approved external tools
Implement structured inputs and outputs, validation, error handling, and predictable execution behaviour
Understand and contribute to the engineering of agent harnesses and runtime execution environments
Test agent behaviour against unexpected inputs, ambiguous instructions, tool failures, and prompt-injection attempts
About you
Minimum 6 years of experience
Professional fluency in Thai and English
Currently based in Thailand
Strong understanding of the Microsoft AI ecosystem
Practical experience in designing, developing, integrating, testing, and deploying enterprise AI assistants and autonomous agents
Comfortable working with Microsoft Copilot technologies, Azure AI services, enterprise data sources, and security-conscious agent architectures
