The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, with a strong focus on Power Pages and Copilot functionalities. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful deployment of CRM systems that enhance customer engagement and streamline business processes. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications for CRM solutions. - Design and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications, including Power Pages and Copilot features, to optimize user experience and functionality. - Provide expert guidance and support to clients during the implementation process, addressing any challenges and ensuring a smooth transition to the new system. - Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders to maximize the adoption and effective use of the CRM system. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies, ensuring best practices are applied in all implementations. Required Skills: - Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation and customization. - Strong knowledge of Power Pages and Copilot functionalities. - Proficiency in Azure, C#, and .NET API development. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
