ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a hands-on and proactive Senior Microsoft Solutions Engineer to join our team in Hong Kong to support our Digital Transformation Team. In this technical role, you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting the Company's in-house digital solutions.
If you have passion for the following scopes……
1. Solutions Development & Engineering
Design, develop, and support business applications using Microsoft Power Platform
Build and maintain Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power Pages solutions
Develop custom integrations, plug-ins, JavaScript, and APIs
Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions
2. Data & AI Solutions
Develop Azure Functions and services using C#/.NET
Design and implement integrations between Dataverse, SharePoint, enterprise systems and external platforms
Develop Power BI dashboards, reports and data models
Build and maintain AI Agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft AI services
Develop AI-driven solutions for automation, search, document processing and business insights
3. Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) & Support
Manage solutions across development, test and production environments
Implement ALM, source control, deployment and release processes
Provide end-to-end technical support, performance troubleshooting, documentation, and system maintenance
4. Collaboration & Knowledge Transfer
Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions
Mentor and guide junior team members and share technical knowledge
5. Other
Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years' experience in software development and enterprise applications
Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform
Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Azure, or AI technologies are an advantage
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues
Proven ability to deliver solutions from initial design through deployment and production support
Capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills to bridge technical concepts for business stakeholders
Good team player with customer-first attitude
Eager to learn and adopt new Microsoft platforms and modern AI technologies
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
