Senior/Middle Software Engineer (Mobile Application)
Role Overview
We are looking for a Software Engineer (Mobile Application) to develop and maintain mobile applications for both iOS and Android. The role will work closely with BA, UX/UI, Backend, and QA teams to deliver high-quality applications that meet business requirements and support real-world business operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Mobile Applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Develop mobile applications using React Native, Flutter, or Native Android/iOS technologies.
- Integrate mobile applications with Backend APIs and implement appropriate error handling.
- Develop user interfaces according to UX/UI designs and ensure compatibility across different screen sizes and devices.
- Analyze and resolve bugs and defects identified during QA, UAT, or Production.
- Manage application build and release processes across different environments.
- Manage certificates, provisioning profiles, keystores, and application signing.
- Publish and maintain applications on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Analyze and resolve issues related to App Store or Google Play Store rejections.
- Collaborate closely with BA, UX/UI, Backend, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Prepare relevant release notes, build guides, store submission notes, and other technical documentation.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in Mobile Application Development for iOS and Android.
- Hands-on experience with mobile development technologies such as React Native, Flutter, Swift (iOS), or Kotlin (Android).
- Good understanding of the iOS and Android application lifecycle.
- Experience integrating REST APIs, authentication, and error handling within mobile applications.
- Strong debugging skills and experience testing applications on real devices.
- Good understanding of the application build and release process.
- Experience publishing applications to the Apple App Store and/or Google Play Store.
- Understanding of certificates, provisioning profiles, Bundle IDs, package names, keystores, and application signing.
- Proficient in using Git and familiar with version control practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with BA, UX/UI, Backend, and QA teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Firebase, Push Notifications, Deep Links, Universal Links, or App Links.
- Experience with Mobile CI/CD tools and processes, such as Fastlane, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Bitrise.
- Experience deploying applications to Huawei AppGallery or other application stores.
- Understanding of Mobile Application Security, including secure storage, token handling, and certificate pinning.
