Senior Mobile App Developer - Kotlin/SWIFT

Role Overview :

As a Senior Mobile Developer, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance mobile applications that serve as the primary interface for our users. You will collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to translate complex requirements into intuitive, scalable mobile experiences. This role is pivotal in ensuring our platform remains responsive and feature-rich, directly impacting the efficiency of recruiters and job seekers alike. You will operate in a fully remote environment, taking ownership of the mobile development lifecycle from architecture to deployment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and build robust, scalable mobile applications using Kotlin and Swift to ensure a seamless cross-platform user experience.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate complex backend APIs, ensuring data integrity and high performance across all mobile interfaces.

- Optimize application performance and memory usage to provide a fluid experience for users operating in diverse network conditions.

- Conduct thorough code reviews and implement best practices in mobile security to protect sensitive user and recruitment data.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the evolution of our mobile engineering standards to maintain high-quality codebases.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building and deploying production-grade mobile applications using Kotlin for Android and Swift for iOS.

- Proven ability to design modular, testable, and maintainable code architectures that support rapid feature iteration.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical constraints and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
