Senior Mobile Core Project Manager-Packet Core 4G or 5G

About the role
This role will work in the Customer's Network Engineering group, which is responsible for the core of the Customer's Existing Network, including 4G/5G packet, data & voice core, messaging services, real-time services, cloud infrastructure. This role is responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion. This role is a full-time senior project manager role and requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several of the Customer's projects simultaneously.
Key responsibilities
Focus on completing a project as efficiently and promptly as possible
Manage several projects concurrently
Lead project meetings, steering committee meetings and planning sessions
Coordinate staff and internal resources
Manage project progress and adapt work as required
Ensure projects meet deadlines
Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
Design and sign off on contracts
Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation
Design risk mitigation plan
About you
Five or more years' experience preferably working in the telecommunication industry
One or several formal qualifications in Engineering/IT or Management
Background working in telecommunications core network (Ericsson Mobile Core and Nokia CS Core) preferred
Written and verbal communication skills
Capacity to manage high stress situations
Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
Leadership skills
Attention to detail
Conflict resolution skills
Technical understanding of telecommunications network
