Senior Mobile Developer (HarmonyOS)

We are seeking a Senior HarmonyOS Developer in Chengdu. You will build and maintain native HarmonyOS applications, owning features from technical analysis through release. You will collaborate with product, design, back-end and QA teams to deliver secure, reliable user experiences. You will also help shape engineering decisions, improve code quality and keep the app performant across devices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test and maintain native HarmonyOS features using ArkTS and ArkUI
• Translate product requirements and designs into robust, maintainable implementations
• Build reusable components and integrate apps with back-end services and REST APIs
• Apply mobile architecture, lifecycle and concurrency practices to deliver responsive experiences
• Write automated unit and UI tests, participate in code reviews and follow team standards
• Debug defects and performance issues across HarmonyOS devices and versions
• Support build, packaging, signing and release activities using the HarmonyOS toolchain
• Share knowledge and provide technical guidance to team members

Requirements

• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining native HarmonyOS applications
• Expertise in ArkTS and ArkUI or equivalent HarmonyOS language and UI framework for the target version
• Experience with DevEco Studio, the HarmonyOS Software Development Kit (SDK) and debugging or profiling tools
• Knowledge of mobile architecture, lifecycle management, concurrency and resource management
• Experience integrating REST APIs, handling asynchronous data flows and error states
• Testing capability including unit tests and UI tests for mobile applications
• Working knowledge of version control and collaborative workflows including Git and code reviews
• Understanding of mobile security, performance, accessibility and device compatibility

Nice to have

• Experience with HarmonyOS distributed capabilities or multi-device experiences
• Experience with mobile continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and release automation
• Experience developing native apps for Android or iOS
