Senior Mobile Developer, iOS and Android

We are looking for a Senior Mobile Developer with strong leadership skills and solid experience building mobile applications for both iOS and Android. This is a great opportunity for a hands‑on professional who can combine technical excellence with team leadership, helping guide architecture decisions, mentor developers, and contribute to the development of high‑quality mobile solutions.

Location: Hybrid in São Paulo, Brazil
Office presence: 1 to 2 times per week, near Shopping Morumbi
Salary: BRL 24,000 per month

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the development of mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Support technical decisions related to mobile architecture, performance, scalability, and best practices.
• Mentor and guide other developers, promoting code quality and collaboration.
• Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver reliable and user‑focused mobile experiences.
• Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong experience in mobile development for both iOS and Android.
• Previous experience in senior or leadership roles.
• Fluent English for communication with international stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture, APIs, performance optimization, and software engineering best practices.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo, 1 to 2 times per week.

Nice to have

• Experience leading mobile teams or technical squads.
• Experience with cross‑platform technologies.
• Background working in international or multicultural environments.
