Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native and Expo.
• Define and evolve mobile application architecture, including navigation, state management, and reusable
components.
• Integrate mobile applications with REST APIs and backend services
• Implement authentication, authorization, secure data storage, and session management.
• Develop features using native capabilities such as location, camera, push notifications, and device storage.
• Handle offline scenarios, caching, and data synchronization.
• Optimize application performance, stability, and resource usage.
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects, crashes, and platform-specific issues.
• Write and maintain unit and UI tests.
• Lead code reviews and contribute to mobile coding standards and best practices.
• Use GitHub Copilot and other approved AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, while ensuring
code quality and correctness.
• Mentor mid-level and junior developers and collaborate with Product, QA, and Backend teams.

Qualifications
• At least 6 years of professional software development experience, of which at least 4 years with React Native.
• Practical experience with Expo and the Expo ecosystem.
• Very good knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Good understanding of React concepts, hooks, component architecture, and state management (e.g. Redux
Toolkit, Zustand, React Query).
• Experience with mobile navigation, local storage, and asynchronous data handling.
• Good understanding of iOS and Android platform differences and the mobile application lifecycle.
• Experience integrating with REST APIs and implementing authentication and secure storage.
• Experience with debugging and performance optimization of mobile applications.
• Experience with mobile testing tools (e.g. Jest, React Native Testing Library).
• Practical experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools, while maintaining
responsibility for code quality and correctness.
• Experience with Git and code review processes.
• Good communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills
