Senior Motion Designer
- Oversee design projects from initial concept through final delivery across print, digital, web, and social media channels.
- Generate creative ideas and develop design solutions that satisfy project goals while maintaining originality and brand consistency.
- Present design concepts and rationales to stakeholders, integrating feedback effectively.
- Partner with creative leaders and team members to craft and execute innovative visual solutions.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand standards and project specifications, while exploring forward-thinking approaches.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in print and digital design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing work across multiple formats, such as branding, websites, and print collateral.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects under deadlines.
