SENIOR MOULD POLISHER

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-precision polishing of plastic injection moulds to mirror and high-gloss finishes.
• Polish mold cores, cavities, inserts, and other precision tooling components.
• Remove machining marks and surface defects while maintaining dimensional accuracy.
• Inspect finished surfaces to ensure they meet quality and customer specifications.
• Maintain polishing tools, equipment, and a clean work area.
• Support mold assembly, repair, and maintenance activities when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in mold polishing, preferably in plastic injection molds.
• Proficient in mirror polishing, stone finishing, diamond paste polishing, and texture preparation.
• Able to interpret engineering drawings and polishing specifications.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Able to work independently and meet production deadlines.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
