As a Senior Developer, you'll play an integral role in building our life saving Public Safety Products and services. You will be responsible for technical guidance, planning, directing, solutioning, and interacting with the clients. As a member of this team, you will lead and collaborate on software development tasks including technical design and development. As a Senior Developer, you will provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers on the team. You will work with clients to come up with out of the box solutions to business problems.

We need someone who can:

• Work well with all stakeholders and brings a Can-Do Attitude.
• Learn the organization’s clients, processes and procedures.
• Provide guidance to junior team members.
• Provide technical problem solving and deep solution expertise to the customer and Development teams. Provide technical leadership, guidance, and help to drive customer satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or relevant field experience
• Minimum 7 years of experience in designing and creating Microsoft SQL Server databases 2008 to 2019
• Transforms business requirements into system definitions and clear database solutions
• Communicates using flowcharts, data flow diagrams and unified data language
• Create databases with efficient structures
• Designing database tables and structures
• Creating views, functions and stored procedures
• Strong experience in SQL query optimization and database performance improvements skills
• Experience in Database Migrations
• Maintaining data quality and overseeing database security
• Understand issues related to network performance and security
• Handle diverse situations and changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications for Consideration:

• Reports development experience using SSRS or Power BI Reports

Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. For Colorado considerations only the estimated salary range is $96,250 - $125,000.
