Senior Mutual Fund Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Mutual Fund Operations Manager to join our team in the Mumbai region. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth functioning of our mutual fund operations, including client onboarding, NAV monitoring, and regulatory reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage all aspects of mutual fund operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. - Lead the client onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new clients. - Monitor NAV uploads and ensure accuracy in reporting. - Manage SIP reporting and mandate registrations, ensuring timely execution and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). - Collaborate with various teams, including finance, compliance, and IT, to streamline operations and improve efficiency. - Prepare and present operational reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement. - Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting mutual fund operations.
