Maintains and optimizes IBM z/OS mainframe systems, CICS transaction environments, and batch operations for financial workloads using JCL, REXX, COBOL, and Assembler.
Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior MVS/CICS Systems Programmer and Administrator with 10+ years of experience to manage mission-critical IBM mainframe environments. Key responsibilities include z/OS systems administration, CICS transaction support, and batch operations management.
Qualifications & Skills
- experience hands-on IBM mainframe and z/OS experience across financial, insurance, or utility workloads.
- Deep proficiency in JCL, REXX, COBOL, Assembler, and SAS.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking, storage (DASD, DFSMS), and debugging tools.
