Senior .NET Azure Integration Developer

Are you an experienced .NET & Azure Integration Developer looking to take on a key role in business-critical integrations?

About the role

We are seeking a Senior .NET & Azure Integration Developer to support our ongoing business and tech transformation. You will deliver integration-driven solutions across HR-related corporate systems, using C#, .NET, Azure Functions, Logic Apps and Azure DevOps.

Working with cross-functional teams, you will help modernize our tech ecosystem and ensure stable, business-critical data flows supporting HR processes, payroll operations and employee data across the Nordic and Baltic countries.

You will be responsible for:

• Designing and developing end-to-end integrations between HR systems, payroll platforms, and surrounding applications
• Handling data loading, transformation, validation, aggregation, and output
• Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and secure handling of sensitive employee data
• Managing data flows and system integrations in Azure environments
• Driving technical solutions and architectural decisions
• Managing Azure configurations, repositories, and CI/CD pipelines

Who are you?

You are a skilled .NET & Azure Integration Developer with a structured and solution-oriented approach. You take ownership from design to production, work independently with a high level of autonomy, and collaborate effectively with both IT and business stakeholders. You have experience working in agile environments and with AI, enjoy continuous learning, and contribute to the technical direction.

You need to have:

• A degree in Computer Science, Systems Science, or equivalent working experience
• Experience developing integration solutions with C#, .NET, Azure
• Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure DevOps (repos, pipelines, automation)
• Experience in designing and implementing robust system integrations and API-based communication in enterprise environments throughout the full software development lifecycle
• Fluency in English and Swedish

It’s beneficial if you also have:

• Experience of working with Bicep, Azure Services, AI
• Experience of taking the lead during development work as a developer
• Experience in HR systems, payroll, or employee data integrations
