Senior .NET / C# Developer

Job Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced .NET / C# Software Engineer with specialized expertise in designing, extending, and integrating school management and student information platforms (specifically focusing on SM School / educational management modules). In this role, you will build robust backend architectures, data pipelines, and custom modules to streamline school operations, attendance, admissions, and reporting workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 6 to 11 years of professional software development experience focusing on enterprise backend development and system integration.
• Core Tech Stack: Advanced proficiency in C#, .NET Framework (.NET Core/Standard experience is a plus), ASP.NET Web APIs, and Entity Framework.
• Domain Experience: Prior hands-on experience working with School Management Software (SMS), Student Information Systems (SIS), or EdTech products.
• Database Management: Strong expertise in SQL Server or relational database design, query optimization, and secure data handling.
• Web Technologies: Good understanding of frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3) to support full-stack feature delivery when needed.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills for client-facing discussions, and a meticulous approach to data security and student privacy standards.
