Summary

Senior .NET Consultant in Kraków builds and maintains a Workforce Management app using C#, .NET 6+, SQL Server, and frontend tech, while collaborating with a team to deliver scalable solutions.

Type of contract: B2B contract

Salary range: 125-160 PLN/H

What will you do?

You will support the transition and replacement of the Workforce Management SharePoint site by contributing to the ongoing development of ComPass, a new Workforce Management and New Joiner application. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain new features, support testing and productionisation, and work closely with the team to deliver a scalable, high-quality product.

Your tasks

  • Translate application requirements and use cases into functional features Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
  • Maintain excellent code quality
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
  • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solution-based responses to problems
  • Support the ongoing development and productionisation of .NET solutions

Requirements

  • Proficient in C# and its ecosystems
  • Strong experience with .NET, including .NET 6 onwards
  • Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server
  • Familiarity with MVC and Web API
  • Frontend development experience including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks or libraries
  • Proficient understanding of Git
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
  • Experience writing reusable C# libraries
  • Familiarity with design and software architectural patterns
  • Understanding of design principles behind scalable applications
  • Experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
  • Familiarity with continuous integration
  • Proficient in English
  • Openness to work hybrid in our client's office (Kraków) 6 days a month
