Salary: $155,000 – $165,000 per year

The Opportunity
You'll be part of an engineering team responsible for designing, building and evolving software that operates at scale. Working alongside experienced developers, architects and product specialists, you'll help deliver robust solutions while contributing to the technical direction of the platform.

What You'll Be Doing
Designing and developing modern applications using C# and .NET
Building scalable APIs and cloud-native services
Developing secure, resilient and maintainable software
Working across the full software development lifecycle
Collaborating with Product, Design and Engineering teams to solve complex business challenges
Contributing to architectural decisions and continuous platform improvement
Leveraging AI-assisted engineering tools to improve productivity, testing and code quality
Identifying opportunities to incorporate intelligent capabilities into products and internal platforms
Mentoring developers and contributing to a culture of technical excellence
About You
You'll be an experienced software engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges while continuously improving the way software is built.
You'll ideally bring:
Strong commercial experience developing with C# and .NET
Experience building modern cloud-native applications
Azure experience, or equivalent public cloud experience
REST APIs, microservices and distributed systems
SQL and modern data technologies
CI/CD and DevOps practices
Strong software design and architecture skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
A passion for quality software and continuous learning
Experience with containerisation, Kubernetes, event-driven architectures or AI services would be advantageous, but just as important is a genuine curiosity about emerging technologies and a desire to keep evolving as an engineer.
