Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer with
10+ years of software development experience to design, develop, and maintain
scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications. The ideal
candidate will have strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs,
SQL Server, and modern web technologies. This role requires hands-on
involvement throughout the full software development lifecycle, from
architecture and design through implementation, testing, deployment, and
support.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement highly scalable, reliable, and
secure enterprise applications and services.
- Participate in all phases of the software development
lifecycle, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development,
testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams,
stakeholders, and development teams to understand business requirements and
translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and develop robust application architecture,
ensuring performance, scalability, security, caching, encryption, state
management, logging, and error handling.
- Decompose complex business problems into efficient
technical solutions and implement high-quality code.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and web services using
ASP.NET Core and Web API.
- Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards, best
practices, and design principles.
- Create technical documentation, design specifications,
and support materials.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and system
testing to ensure application quality and reliability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
using .NET diagnostic and profiling tools.
- Identify technical risks and proactively recommend
mitigation strategies.
- Participate in effort estimation, sprint planning, and
project delivery activities.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's
technical growth.
- Recommend system enhancements and process improvements
while balancing business and technical requirements.
