  • 10+ years of experience in .NET development with expertise in C#, ASP.NET, MVC and Web API
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams
  • Strong understanding of software architecture and microservices design patterns
  • Full-stack development experience with front-end technologies such as React, Angular or JavaScript
  • Hands-on experience managing containerised applications using Docker, Kubernetes and OpenShift ECS
  • Strong expertise in relational database design, optimisation and SQL Server
  • Proficiency with version control systems including Git, Bitbucket and GitHub
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum processes including sprint planning and estimation
  • Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools such as TeamCity, Jenkins or Harness
  • Strong experience with code coverage, code reviews and quality tools like SonarQube
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
