- Clarify business and technical requirements together with Module Owners.
- Analyze requirements and identify appropriate technical solutions.
- Design and implement Full Stack solutions using .NET Core and Angular.
- Follow development best practices, coding standards and project processes.
- Develop and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies, technical discussions and solution reviews.
- Demonstrate implemented functionality to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with other developers, Module Owners and project stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and coordination to other developers when required.
- Support colleagues with solution design, implementation decisions and best practices.
- Perform or contribute to code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Take ownership of complex technical topics and help drive them to completion.
- 7–9 years of relevant software development experience.
- Advanced C# / .NET Core.
- Strong Angular and TypeScript.
- Strong Full Stack development experience.
- Strong Unit Testing experience.
- Experience with Scrum / Agile.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to clarify requirements directly with Module Owners/stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring and technically coordinating developers when needed.
- Comfortable with code reviews, technical guidance and solution decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Medical / Healthcare / MedTech experience — ideally previous exposure to regulated software environments.
Good to have:
- Previous experience in medical devices, healthcare, MedTech or regulated environments.
- Experience working with coding standards, quality processes and structured development workflows.
