Key Responsibilities

Software Development

• Develop high-quality, efficient, and scalable applications using .NET technologies, C#, Java-based frameworks, SQL/NoSQL databases, and frontend technologies like Angular and Flutter.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, security, and best practices across the application lifecycle.
• Contribute to architecture discussions, system design, and implementation of new features and enhancements.
• Provide technical direction to the development team through code reviews, coding standards, and best practices.
• Design, optimize, and maintain SQL databases, queries, and stored procedures for efficient data retrieval and management.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to improve overall system performance.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level team members.

Agile Methodologies

• Lead Agile development processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure Agile principles and practices are followed to maximize team productivity and delivery success.

APIs and Microservices

• Design and implement RESTful APIs and Microservices for scalable and seamless application integration.
• Ensure APIs are properly documented and aligned with best practices.

Azure and Cloud Technologies

• Utilize Azure tools and cloud technologies to build, deploy, and manage applications.
• Implement best practices for cloud security, scalability, performance, and cost optimization.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in .NET Full Stack development
• Strong expertise in .NET Core / .NET technologies
• Strong programming expertise in C# and Java
• Experience in Angular
• Knowledge of Flutter is an added advantage
• Strong experience in Microservices and REST APIs
• Strong expertise in SQL databases, queries, and stored procedures
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC
• Experience working with Azure and cloud-based application deployment
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead, with 10–12 years of hands-on .NET Full Stack development
• Experience in a technical lead / leadership role is preferred
• Strong mentoring and team guidance capabilities

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience with NoSQL databases
• Exposure to Flutter
• Experience in enterprise-scale application architecture
• Strong background in performance tuning and optimization
