About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Software Developer to join a team working on cloud-based services and infrastructure.
The project focuses on building and maintaining reliable cloud-native solutions, improving service diagnostics and operational capabilities, and supporting production environments. The role combines hands-on software development with troubleshooting, security, and service reliability, with a strong focus on C#/.NET and Azure.

Requirements
  • Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET
  • Proven experience designing, building, and maintaining cloud-native applications using Azure
  • Experience with Azure services such as Web APIs, WebJobs, Service Bus, Key Vault, Azure Storage, Cosmos DB, and Redis
  • Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and mitigate live production service issues
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and service reliability
  • Strong foundation in secure coding practices, application security, and threat-aware engineering
  • Experience with Kernel Virtual Machine
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of production issues
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a remote and distributed team
Nice to have
  • Experience with host attestation, compute firewall management, or platform security
  • Experience building or configuring anomaly detection, alerting systems, and automated incident triage
  • Advanced knowledge of Azure security posture, identity management, and compliance tools
  • Experience applying AI/ML solutions to enhance security monitoring and threat detection
  • Experience with CI/CD and infrastructure automation

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain C#/.NET services running in Azure
  • Build and maintain cloud-native solutions using Azure services
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and mitigate complex production incidents
  • Improve service diagnostics, monitoring, and operational reliability
  • Apply secure coding practices and contribute to application security initiatives
  • Collaborate on technical design and architecture decisions
  • Identify opportunities to improve service reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency
  • Contribute to engineering best practices and technical documentation
  • Participate in production support and incident response
  • Take ownership of technical areas and drive issues through to resolution
Availability expectations
  • DRI 12x7
  • 1-week shifts every 4 weeks
  • Ability to work with overlap until 10:00 AM PST (7:00 PM CET)
