Senior NetSuite Consultant at BairesDev

As a Senior NetSuite Consultant, you will lead the implementation and optimization of enterprise resource planning solutions. You will act as a vital link between complex business workflows and technical architecture, ensuring compliance and regional localization alignment.

What You'll Do:

- Lead full-lifecycle enterprise resource planning implementations and platform upgrades.
- Conduct business process analysis to capture, analyze, and document complex user requirements.
- Design and execute custom solutions and configurations tailored to unique operational models.
- Oversee compliance adjustments to ensure alignment with public company standards and SOX regulations.
- Manage regional localization needs, particularly surrounding financial reporting and localized systems integration.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in NetSuite ERP implementations or a related field.
- Proven expertise in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.
- Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite customization.
- Knowledge of public company compliance requirements, particularly SOX compliance.
- Experience with localization, preferably Japan financial localization.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
