Senior Network Engineer

A trusted technology partner in Italy is seeking a Senior Cisco High Touch Engineer to support mission-critical networks in the public sector. This role involves providing high-touch engineering support, influencing network architecture, and building strong relationships with customer teams. Candidates should have 7-15+ years of experience in senior network engineering roles and hold a CCNP certification, with CCIE preferred. This is a unique opportunity to operate at the highest technical tier within Cisco's ecosystem. Act as the primary technical authority for complex network environments. Provide proactive and reactive high-touch engineering support. Lead SEV-1 / SEV-2 incidents and resolve network issues. Influence network architecture and upgrades.
