Senior Network Engineer

Are you an experienced Senior Network Engineer with a passion for hands-on work, technical variety, and helping clients get the most out of their IT infrastructure?

We're seeking someone that is proactive, confident, enthusiastic, well spoken and has a can do attitude.

Full-Time role based out of our Mount Waverley office in VIC.

We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer with the following skillset:

• Mult-site/WAN design and implementation

• Cisco switching and routing experience

• FortiGate Firewall experience

• MPLS & SDWAN experience

• Multi-year experience in an MSP or large multi-site company

• Multi-vendor firewall experience, FortiGate preferred

• Hands-on, onsite troubleshooting experience

• An understanding of security principles and best practice

• Professional attitude

• Highest level of customer service

• Ability to manage customers expectations

• Self managed / work autonomously

• Great communication skills

• Natural ability to problem solve & trouble shoot

• A great team player

• Must have Australian Permanent Residency

• Must hold an Australian drivers license

Skills in the below is advantageous but not mandatory:

• Familiar with remote management software NinjaOne

• Auto Task PSA/Halo PSA

• IT Helpdesk experience

• Experience in IT Support for the Automotive industry.

• Experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment, or within a large multi-site organisation.
