- Lead and oversee the deployment, configuration, integration, and optimization of complex enterprise network and security solutions.
- Serve as the technical lead for mid to large‑scale projects, providing architectural guidance, technical direction, and oversight across multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure project scope, timelines, quality standards, and customer requirements are consistently met.
- Implement and provide advanced support for network security infrastructure solutions on platforms such as Cisco, Alcatel, Solarwinds, Cisco ISE, Cisco Firepower, Palo Alto, Checkpoint and Fortinet
- Drive complex root‑cause analysis efforts, lead incident resolution, and act as technical escalation for network performance, security events, and critical connectivity issues.
- Prepare, review, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including high‑level designs (HLDs), low‑level designs (LLDs), configuration baselines, acceptance test procedures, installation guides, and operational procedures.
- Conduct knowledge‑sharing sessions, internal training, and post‑incident reviews to uplift team capability and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide quality oversight for processes and project deliverables and ensure compliance to prevailing security and governance requirements.
- Provide relevant inputs for project reporting and status update.
- Support the smooth transition of the implemented infrastructure from project implementation phase to operation & maintenance phase.
