About the Role

A well-established Managed Services Provider based in Sydney, is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to work onsite with one of their major enterprise/telco clients. This is a permanent opportunity for an experienced, Cisco-focused engineer who thrives in complex, enterprise-scale environments and wants to work at the pointy end of network design and implementation.

About You

You're a senior-level network engineer with a strong Cisco foundation, backed by real design and implementation experience. You're comfortable owning routing and switching protocol design, troubleshooting complex enterprise networks, and working autonomously in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

What You'll Bring

• CCNP certification (current/active)
• Strong, demonstrable Cisco routing and switching experience across enterprise-grade environments
• Solid understanding of core protocols - BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLAN/trunking, spanning-tree
• Proven experience in network design and implementation, not just troubleshooting and support
• Experience working in MSP or large enterprise/carrier environments
• Fortinet and/or Checkpoint experience highly regarded
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work confidently onsite with a major client
