Looking for a contract role where you can make an impact from day one?
We're seeking a hands-on Senior Network Engineer to join a large and complex enterprise environment, providing critical operational support across network infrastructure, connectivity, performance, and security.
This opportunity is suited to an experienced engineer who can quickly step into a fast-paced environment, take ownership of operational responsibilities, and provide senior-level expertise across a diverse network estate.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing senior-level support across enterprise network infrastructure
- Monitoring, troubleshooting and resolving complex network issues
- Maintaining network availability, security and performance
- Supporting routing, switching, wireless and connectivity services
- Managing network changes, upgrades and operational improvements
- Working closely with Infrastructure, Security and Operations teams
- Supporting network documentation, standards and operational processes
- Acting as an escalation point for complex incidents and technical challenges
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Senior Network Engineer within a complex enterprise environment
- Strong troubleshooting and network operations experience
- Expertise across routing, switching, wireless and network security
- Strong experience with Cisco, Aruba and Palo Alto technologies
- Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise firewall environments using Palo Alto
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and quickly become productive in a new environment
