We are looking for a Senior Network engineer who is looking to work with experienced cloud and networking gurus and push there career forward.
Key responsibilites:
- Technical design services and support at the network level: WAN, LAN, Internet connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.
- Support for hardware and software issues on our network and firewalls
- System documentation to include system reviews and recommendations
- Coordinate with vendors regarding Internet and WAN links, and coordinate contactors when relevant.
- IT support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft’s core business applications, as well as virtual environments built on Microsoft, and VMware.
- Understand key business challenges and drivers and how these relate to the technology function
- Deliver Customer service excellence & robustness and reliability of core services as reflected in IT survey results, customer satisfaction surveys and other feedback
- Provide excellent analytical capability. Ability to analyse and creatively resolve complex technical and business issues.
- Successful management of BAU workloads

Systems Experience
- Relevant work experience with Cisco, Microsoft, and VMWare required
- Experience with Amazon AWS optional but well received.
- Cisco Networking Skills (CCNA or higher)
- Few HP Switches
- Fortinet, FortiGate
- Cisco IPTEL 10.5 or higher
- VMWare Infrastructure technical knowledge and experience.
- Professional IT Certifications, such as: Microsoft MCP, MCSA, or MCSE, and System/Storage, Cisco CCNA, VMware VCP technical certifications
