• Design, implement, and take ownership of complex customer network infrastructures.
• Manage sophisticated enterprise environments with a focus on HP Aruba Switching, Wireless, and Aruba ClearPass.
• Design and implement Network Access Control (NAC) solutions, authentication mechanisms, and role-based access concepts.
• Analyze complex incidents, identify optimization opportunities, and ensure stable and secure operations.
• Take technical ownership within customer projects and act as a trusted advisor for networking topics.
• Collaborate closely with teams across the entire service delivery chain, including Engineering, Service Delivery Management, and Sales, contributing your technical expertise to the success of customer projects.
• Actively contribute to technical improvements, innovation initiatives, and best practices.
• After your onboarding period, become part of our on-call team, with additional compensation.

What You bring to the Table

• Completed technical education (apprenticeship, technical college, university, or equivalent)
• Several years of hands-on experience in enterprise networking
• Strong expertise in switching, routing, and wireless networking technologies
• Experience with HP Aruba Networking, ideally including Aruba CX, Aruba Wireless, and Aruba Central
• Solid knowledge of Aruba ClearPass and Network Access Control concepts
• Proven experience independently managing customer environments and projects
• Strong problem-solving skills and a structured, self-driven way of working
• Good German and English language skills (minimum B2 level)

Nice to have

• Certifications such as ACMA, ACMP, ACP, or ACSP
• Experience with network security and Zero Trust architectures
• Knowledge of Palo Alto Networks or comparable security solutions
• Experience in managed services environments
• Experience with network automation and monitoring solutions
