Senior Network Engineer
Summary
Designs, deploys, and secures F5 BIG-IP load balancers and Avi Networks for a financial-services firm, automating with Ansible/Terraform/Python.
My client within the financial services industry is seeking for an F5 SME to join the team.
Key Requirements:
- Expert-level proficiency in F5 BIG-IP modules, including LTM, GTM/DNS, ASM, and APM, with proven experience in complex enterprise deployments
- Hands-on expertise with Avi Networks (VMware NSX Advanced Load Balancer), including virtual service configuration, service engine management, and analytics integration
- Strong automation and scripting capabilities, leveraging tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Python, or REST APIs to streamline load balancing operations
- Solid understanding of Cisco routing and switching technologies, including configuration, troubleshooting, and integration with application delivery infrastructure
- Experience with F5 rSeries appliances - highly preferred
Logistics:
- 600 p/d inside IR35
- Hybrid (3 days a week in office)
- 12 Month contract
