Senior Network Engineer
Summary
The Senior Network Engineer manages network deployments, provides technical support, and maintains documentation and SOPs for enterprise-level network environments. The role requires expertise in TCP/IP, LAN/WAN technologies, and hardware such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field.
Relevant networking certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+, etc.) are preferred.
4+ years of experience in network projects, support or Networking helpdesk environment.
Experience in handling tickets and working in an SLA-based environment is an advantage.
Experiecne in Project Deployments, Documentations, SOPs etc
Good understanding of networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN.
Knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies.
Good Knowledge of routers, switches, and firewalls.
Basic troubleshooting skills for network connectivity issues.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Good analytical thinking ability.

Good verbal and written communication skills.
