We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join Keyloop Infrastructure Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, operation, and support of enterprise network services across on-premises and cloud environments. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, ownership of network incidents, participation in change activities, and collaboration with security, cloud, and application teams to ensure high availability and performance of business-critical services.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and operate Network Infrastructure.
- Deliver complex technical projects & network implementations
- Troubleshoot complex routing, switching, latency, and connectivity issues.
- Provide second & third-line technical support for network issues & escalations.
- Demonstrate deep expertise across Cisco, Meraki, routing & security solutions
- Maintain & upgrade network infrastructure across datacentres(On premises & Cloud)
- Ensure all incidents & problems are managed within agreed SLAs
Required Skills
- Strong networking fundamentals (Routing & Switching, Firewalls).
- Strong practical knowledge of Cisco Solutions & technologies including ASA, FTD, Switches, routers & ACS
- Strong expertise on VPN setup & troubleshooting
- Cisco CCNP certification (preferable)
- Working knowledge on AWS cloud environment.
