Senior Network Engineer

Salary: ₱75,000 – ₱85,000 per month

About the role

Join our Technical Support Center (TSC) as the Sr. Network Engineer who solves our toughest network and security issues. You’ll report to the TSC Supervisor.

What you’ll do

• Resolve network and security tickets in ConnectWise PSA within our response targets

• Take escalations from Tier 1 and Tier 2, fix them remotely, and document the solution

• Respond to monitoring alerts and work with carriers and vendors (Cisco TAC, Fortinet TAC, AWS Support)

• Carry out approved changes during maintenance windows, with rollback and testing steps

• Write clear shift handoff notes and keep the Supervisor updated

• Mentor technicians through knowledge articles, runbooks, and informal training

• Design, deploy, and maintain Cisco networks (Catalyst, Nexus, ISR)

• Manage Fortinet FortiGate firewalls and Secure SD-WAN

• Build and maintain site-to-site IPsec VPNs to Cisco, Meraki, and AWS

What you bring

• 3-5 years of enterprise network engineering experience

• Deep hands-on skills in Cisco (IOS/IOS-XE, NX-OS) and FortiGate, including SD-WAN and VPN

• Strong L2/L3 knowledge: OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, HSRP, STP, LACP, VLANs, VRFs

• Production AWS networking experience in a hybrid environment

• CCNA

• Strong documentation skills

• Availability for on-call and after-hours support

Nice to have

• CCNP

• Cisco Meraki MX and Cisco ISE experience

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
