Senior Network Engineer
Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, architecture, implementation, and optimization of complex enterprise network infrastructures.
Manage and configure advanced routing, switching, firewall, VPN, and wireless network environments.
Handle complex network troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and critical incident resolution.
Design and implement network security architectures, including segmentation, access control, and security policies.
Manage advanced routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and MPLS.
Perform network performance analysis, capacity planning, and infrastructure optimization.
Lead network migration, integration, expansion, and infrastructure upgrade projects.
Ensure high availability, network redundancy, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
Establish network standards, technical documentation, and infrastructure best practices.
Provide technical leadership and expert guidance to other engineers and IT teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering and infrastructure.
Deep technical expertise in network architecture, routing, switching, and network security.
Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, SD-WAN, VPN, and network segmentation.
Extensive hands-on experience with enterprise-grade routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure.
Strong expertise in Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, or equivalent enterprise networking technologies.
Proven ability to independently design and troubleshoot complex network environments.
Strong knowledge of high availability, redundancy, load balancing, and network disaster recovery.
Experience leading large-scale network infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
Professional certifications such as CCNP Enterprise, CCIE, Fortinet NSE 7/FCSS, or equivalent are highly preferred.
Strong analytical, technical problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
